Hundreds of Muslim women were listed for “auction” on the ‘Bulli Bai’ mobile application, in which photographs were taken and molested without permission. This is the second time this has happened in less than a year. The app appears to be a clone of ‘Sully Deal’, which started a similar line last year.

The Delhi Police had registered an FIR after journalist Ismat Ara filed a complaint that she was being targeted by some unidentified persons on a mobile application named ‘Bully Bai’ created on the GitHub platform. After the controversy, Github removed the user from its hosting platform.
