More than 41,000 new cases of Kovid-19 in Maharashtra, the number of Omicron cases crosses 1,000

Maharashtra Covid-19 Case Today: In the last 24 hours, 41,434 new cases of corona virus have been reported in Maharashtra and 13 people have died due to this. This information was given in a health bulletin issued by the Maharashtra government on Saturday. The Maharashtra government also informed that in the last 24 hours, 9,671 people have been cured of corona in the state.

The Maharashtra government said that 133 patients of Omicron variant of Kovid-19 have been found in the state. With this, the total number of cases of Omicron variants in the state now stands at 1,009. So far 566 cases of Omicron have been reported in Mumbai city alone. The government said that out of those found positive with the Omicron variant, 439 people have been cured so far and their reports have come negative.

Earlier on Friday, a total of 40,925 cases of corona virus were reported in Maharashtra, while 20 people died from it. More than half of these cases were reported in Mumbai alone. However, it was a relief on Friday that no new case of Omicron variant was confirmed.

A total of 68,75,656 people have been confirmed to be infected with the corona virus so far in the state after 41,434 new cases were reported on Saturday. At the same time, a total of 1,41,627 people have died due to the epidemic.
