Sources reveal that former Congress President Rahul Gandhi and General Secretary Randeep Singh Surjewal had spoken to Karnataka State Congress chief (KPCC) DK Shivakumar on the issue and asked him to take a decision on whether they still want to continue the padyatra or not.
