First take you ingredients. Not saying to collect because you will get everything at home. So, just take 2 cups of maize flour which is the glory of winter. Take 1/2 cup jaggery, 1/4 cup water, 1/4 cup sesame, water will keep increasing as per the requirement and lastly take oil for frying. Now, break small balls from the dough and flatten it keeping it between the palms. For this, do not forget to lubricate the palms at all. Then, put oil in a pan on high flame and keep it to heat. As soon as the oil is hot, add the tikkis and fry them till they become colored from both the sides. Now, your maize and sesame instant tikkis are ready. You can store it by putting it in an air tight container. Or you can serve hot if you want.
