Reliance Industries: The company Promised to invest massively 6 trillion ($80 billion) in Gujarat over 10 to 15 years for its clean energy businesses, as India’s largest fossil-fuel refiner looks to expand its dominance amid a global shift to renewables.

Mindtree: IT services company posted consolidated net profit on Thursday 437 crore for the third quarter ended December, up 34% from the year-ago period. The company’s revenue from operations came in 2,750 crore, registering a growth of 36% over a year ago.

Tata MotorsThe automaker said its global wholesales, including those of Jaguar Land Rover, rose to 2,85,445 units in the third quarter of the current fiscal, up 2% over the same period last year. Global wholesales of all commercial vehicles of Tata Motors and Tata Daewoo range stood at 1,02,772 units, up 14% in the third quarter of 2021-22.

Welspun Enterprises: Talks underway to buy six street properties of private equity investor Actis company for the enterprise value of 8,000 crore- 10,000 crores. The road assets of the BK Goenka-led infrastructure and energy firm, which are for sale, include five hybrid annuity model (HAM) roads and a build-operate-transfer (BOT) project.

HCL Tech: The Noida company will announce its earnings today. The company had recorded a net profit of 3,037 crore in the December quarter of 202, up 14.6% sequentially and 16.3% year-on-year.

Titan CompanyBillionaire investor Rakesh Jhunjhunwala has increased stake in the Tata group flagship company during the third quarter ended December. Holding around 3,57,10,395 shares, Jhunjhunwala increased his stake to 4.02%.

Vodafone Idea: The telco has partnered with US-based Ciena for a 5G solution. The telco said it is improving the scalability and service flexibility of its backbone with the help of the US telecommunications networking equipment company in preparation for the 5G rollout.

GTPL Hathway: Company’s net sales down 7.42% 599.13 crore in the December quarter. The net profit came in at Rs. Up 20.83% from Rs 54.65 crore. 45.23 crore a year ago.

CESC: The net profit of the company is Rs. Up 1.54% from Rs 329.00 crore in the December quarter. 324.00 crore a year ago. Net sales up 11.3% 2,826.00 crore from Rs. 2,539.00 crores.

IRCON International: The company has incorporated a unit and a joint venture for setting up a 500 MW grid connected solar PV project awarded by the Renewable Energy Development Agency of India Ltd.
