According to Reuters news agency, the Indian government on Friday said in a statement regarding the preliminary investigation into the accident that a helicopter crash occurred last month due to cloudy weather due to unpredictable weather, in which General Bipin Rawat and 13 others were killed. Others were killed.

The Indian Ministry of Defense, citing a preliminary inquiry by the Court of Inquiry set up by the country’s armed forces, said the crash was the result of a helicopter entering the clouds due to an unexpected change in weather conditions in the valley.

Preliminary investigations revealed that due to a sudden change in the weather, the helicopter entered the clouds, which did not determine the direction.

“The Court of Inquiry has ruled out any technical glitch, intentional or negligent,” the defense ministry said in a statement, according to AFP.

The Indian Defense Ministry says the investigation team examined the flight data recorder, cockpit voice recorder to compile a preliminary report, and also questioned eyewitnesses.
