Modi added that our industry has grown. Last year, India was the second largest mobile phone manufacturer in the world. In the last 6 years alone, the number of recognized start-ups has increased by 15%.

India achieves FDI record

The Prime Minister said that last year India recorded record FDI of over $83 billion. Our start-ups also obtained record funding after the pandemic. Above all, India’s position in the pace of international trade is at its best. Prime Minister Modi said the Covid outbreak was an unprecedented, once-in-a-century crisis for which no one had a user manual. Disasters tell us what we are made of. Thanks to our scientists, our health workers and the common man, India has faced the unknown with confidence.

Let us tell you that Anna University was established on September 4, 1978. The university is named after the former Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, CN Annadurai. The university comprises 13 affiliated colleges, 494 affiliated colleges and 3 regional campuses spread across Tamil Nadu, Tirunelveli, Madurai and Coimbatore.
