Pimpri-Chinchwad: …Sky Dining Hotel will remain closed until then – police advisory!

It seems the time has come for the owner to shut down the Sky Dining Hotel which has been thrown into the limelight in a short time. Because Pimpri-Chinchwad Police have issued a notice to the hotel owner and ordered to keep the hotel closed until all permissions are taken.

It appeared that the owner of the Sky Dining Hotel next to the Kasarasai Dam in Pune did not take any permission. The police have ordered to keep the hotel closed until permission is obtained. Deputy Police Commissioner Anand Bhoite gave this information. This hotel was inaugurated by NCP MLA Rohit Pawar.

Sky Dining Hotel was set up near the Kasarasai Dam in Pune. It was planned that 15 to 20 customers could dine at the same time at the hotel, which was erected using a crane and raised to a height of 120 to 150 feet. While enjoying the food, you could see the area 360 degrees from there. For this reason, this hotel floating in the air has become popular with customers in a short time. But now the time has come for hotel owner Akash Jadhav to shut it down.

It turned out that the necessary authorizations concerning the hotel had not been taken. Therefore, the Pimpri-Chinchwad Police issued a notice directly to the owner of the Akash Hotel and ordered to keep the hotel closed until the necessary permits were taken.

What exactly is in the notice given by the police? –

This is very dangerous while providing the possibility of taking food from high places. This hotel should only be prosecuted with the permission of the Pune district officer, construction department and fire department. The hotel should be closed until permission is obtained. The notice states that legal action will be taken against us if we are found to be operating an unlicensed hotel. Therefore, while going to such places, clients should make sure of the legal aspects, otherwise life and family may be at risk.
