According to reports, Sunil Bansal was appointed co-leader of the UP in the 2014 Lok Sabha elections. In that election, the BJP won 73 out of 80 Lok Sabha seats in the state. After this feat, the party appointed him Minister of State Organization. After that, he was instrumental in securing BJP majority in the 2017 and 2022 Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections. Meanwhile, in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, the BJP won a landslide victory in Uttar Pradesh. The merit of this is also indicated in the account of Sunil Bansal. However, after the Assembly elections held in 2022, there was talk of including it in the Centre’s policy. Now the party has given him the task of bolstering the BJP in next year’s elections in Telangana.

Within the UP BJP, speculation has been going on for a long time regarding the names of the minister of the organization and the president of the state. But no name has yet been stamped by the BJP. The three-day BJP workshop is taking place in Chitrakoot. It is expected that by this evening, the name of the new BJP state chairman will also be stamped. After the announcement of the name of the President of Uttarakhand State BJP, there is speculation about the announcement of the new name in UP. Soon, these speculations will stop completely.
