A church in New Delhi’s Dwarka area was vandalized by criminals allegedly linked to Bajrang Dal and Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh. The vandalism took place while the church in question was offering its first Sunday prayer.

The miscreants entered the church and destroyed the property including the hoardings of the church.

So far one person has been reported injured. The police have registered an FIR regarding the same as citizens express their anger and dissatisfaction.

This is not the first time that hate crimes related to Hindutva have taken place in Delhi’s Dwarka area. Earlier in August, the right-wing brigade protested to stop the construction of Haj House.

(This is an ongoing story. More details will be provided as and when information is available.)
