Murder of a girl missing for four days in Muzaffarpur.
A girl missing for four days was murdered from Das Pokhar under Sahebganj police station area of Muzaffarpur district. His body was found dumping in a puddle on Thursday evening. After getting information about the incident, sensation spread in the village. A large crowd of people gathered. Various discussions started. On receiving the information, the police of Sahebganj police station also reached the spot.
The deceased teenager has been identified as Sandhya (15), daughter of former Army jawan Sushil Kumar. She was missing from home since December 19. His father had lodged a complaint of abduction with the intention of murder in the police station. In this, doubts were expressed on two youths. The police was engaged in the search. Meanwhile, his body was found today.
The body was pulled out from the puddle. Seeing the face, people expressed apprehension that earlier the girl’s face would have been burnt with acid. Then he would have been murdered. Angered by the incident, the agitated people started making ruckus by setting the dead body on the road late in the evening. SDPO Rajesh Sharma reached the spot on the information of worsening of the situation. Efforts are being made to pacify the agitated by explaining them.
The agitated people are adamant on the demand for the arrest of the accused. There was a fierce fight with the police too. Demanding quick action. Traffic has come to a complete standstill. The police administration is busy pacifying the people. The jam is not over till the time of writing this news. SDPO Rajesh Sharma said that people are being explained. Those who are accused will not be released. The exact cause of death will come out only after the post-mortem.
