126-year-old St. Luke’s Church restored in Srinagar, reopens after 35 years

A 126-year-old church reopened in Srinagar ahead of Christmas after a long gap of 35 years. J&K LG Manoj Sinha virtually inaugurated the church. Recently St. Luke’s Church has been renovated and restored to its old glory by the Department of Tourism under the Smart City Program. After the church reopened, the historic church saw hordes of tourists in search of its ancient architecture. Special prayers are expected to be held in the church on Christmas Day 25 December
