The Federal Board of Revenue has released details of MPs’ tax payments for fiscal year 2019.
According to these details, Prime Minister Imran Khan paid tax of Rs. 98,054,959 during the financial year 2019, which is many times more than last year.
According to the records of the Federal Board of Revenue, Prime Minister Imran Khan had paid Rs. 282,449 in 2018. In comparison, in 2019, the Prime Minister’s tax payments increased dramatically and the tax paid exceeded 9.8 million.
According to FBR records, Imran Khan had paid Rs. 1,94,935 as tax in 2013 as a member of the National Assembly. Rs. 237 crore was deposited in the national treasury as tax.
2015 I saw a decrease in Imran Khan’s tax payment and during this time he submitted tax of Rs 76,244 while in 2016 Imran Khan paid tax of Rs 154,609.
In the financial year 2017, there was another decrease in tax payment by Imran Khan and this year Imran Khan as a member of National Assembly submitted tax of Rs. 133,763.

What are the reasons for Imran Khan’s tax hike?
